Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electrical Engineering.
Develop, review, and update curriculum as per academic and industry standards.

Qualifications (as per UGC/AICTE norms):
Professor:
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 5 years at Associate Professor level.
Associate Professor:
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including 3 years at Assistant Professor level.
Assistant Professor:
M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering (first class). Preference for candidates with Ph.D./pursuing Ph.D.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge in Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Control Systems, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, etc.
Excellent teaching, communication, and mentoring skills.
Research-oriented with the ability to secure projects/funding.
Team player with commitment to academic excellence.
