Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in academic planning, curriculum design, and outcome-based education (OBE).
Knowledge of accreditation and ranking frameworks (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, AICTE).
Ability to mentor faculty and students in research and professional development.
Strong industry linkages and networking skills for collaborations, placements, and guest lectures.
Effective team management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities: Academic Leadership
Provide vision and leadership in planning, organizing, and developing academic programs in the MBA department.
Ensure effective curriculum design, review, and implementation in alignment with current industry trends.
Maintain high teaching and learning standards and ensure compliance with academic regulations.
Teaching and Research
Teach postgraduate courses in area(s) of specialization using innovative pedagogical methods.
Guide MBA projects, dissertations, and Ph.D. research scholars.
Undertake and promote research, consultancy, and publication activities.
Organize conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
Administrative Responsibilities
Supervise faculty recruitment, appraisal, and professional development.
Prepare departmental budgets, timetables, and workload distribution.
Ensure compliance with institutional, AICTE, and UGC norms.
Coordinate with other departments and higher administration on academic and administrative matters.
Student Development
Guide and mentor students for academic, professional, and research growth.
Promote extracurricular and co-curricular activities for holistic development.
Facilitate internships, industry projects, and placements through corporate collaboration.
Industry and Institutional Collaboration
Build and maintain partnerships with industry, alumni, and professional bodies.
Initiate MoUs and collaborative programs with national and international institutions.
