Industry - IT/ ITES/ DIGITAL/ ECOM/ REAL ESTATE/ FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Experience range - 5 to 20 years

Qualification - CA / CS

The Role:

We are looking for Finance Professionals /Leaders, who can drive business finance in GENERAL OR SPECIFICALLY IN BELOW SECTIONS

- AUDIT: Active involvement in overseeing and managing all the audits end-to-end (statutory, tax, internal, external), responding to tax notices and risk management, and keeping a check on MIS vs. Audit OR

- BUSINESS FINANCE: Active involvement in strategizing future business plans, competitor analysis and benchmarking, finance operations, taxation, P&L, MIS, business economics, automation of processes, economic assessment, audit, governance, and other related matters OR

- SECRETERIAL: Active involvement in maintaining compliances, cross-functional coordination around compliance, risk, and governance, necessary part at IPOs, annual reports, issuance of ESOPS, handling legal agreements and settlements, and related aspects OR

- STRATEGIC: Active involvement in M&A, IPO, market analysis and gap identification, project feasibility, capital, and risk management, special initiatives and change management in the Finance department, board relationship management, and related tasks OR

- TREASURY: Active involvement in overseeing and managing treasury function, which includes responsibilities related to funds management, financial risk management, liquidity management, investment strategies, audit and automation of treasury department, credit rating process, and more. Ensure that the company\'s financial resources are effectively managed to meet operational needs while optimizing returns and minimizing risks.
