What will your job look like?
As a Professional Services Specialist at Amdocs, you will be part of a group of highly trained product experts responsible for end-to-end product deployment of our multi-vendor, multi-technology network optimization platform.
All you need is...

• Review technical requirements with internal and external customers to provide the best solution according to customer needs
• Participate in all technical aspects of product implementation and involved in end-to-end deployment of Amdocs products
• Onsite customer facing throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
• Provide post deployment trainings and workshops to customers to drive product usage
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and working closely with R&D to resolve all functional and performance related matters
• Supporting pre-sales activities and POCs
• Develop documentations and best practices
• Participating towards process improvements to enhance team and individual productivity / efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software deployment experience
• Working experience on cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge in any scripting languages (e.g. Ansible. Python, PHP, Bash, Powershell)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge in databases (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, MariaDB, Cassandra)
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to get quick resolution of technical matters
• Skillful in building trust and confidence of stakeholders with high quality and timely deliveries
• Flexibility with working across multiple time-zones based on project requirements
• [Region Specific Role] Ability to speak and read Mandarin is a requirement to support the China/Taiwan region

• Knowledge in Telecommunications and Radio Network technology (3G,4G,5G)
• Experience in analyzing Drive Test and OSS data
• Experience in implementing ETL solutions
• Experience in Cloud technologies
• Experience in working with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in working with Linux based environment
