We are seeking a dynamic professional sales manager (Medical Representative) to join our team at a leading cosmetic dermatology company. As a Sales Manager for Dermatology, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our dermatological products to Doctors, building strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of our brand in the dermatology sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Product Promotion: Effectively promote and detail dermatological products to dermatologists, skincare professionals, and other healthcare practitioners. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, dermatologists, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the dermatology sector, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets for dermatological products within the assigned geographical area. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in dermatology and possess in-depth knowledge of the cosmeceutical products, ingredients, and their applications. Customer Education: Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and proper usage of dermatological products. Event Participation: Represent the company at dermatology conferences, seminars, and workshops, showcasing products and networking with professionals in the field. Market Feedback: Gather market feedback and competitor information, reporting insights to the marketing and product development teams. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory analysis. Compliance: Ensure adherence to ethical standards, compliance with industry regulations, and company policies in all promotional activities.
