Role OverviewThe Procurement Manager will lead procurement service delivery in Maharashtra region for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) client(s), aligning with account procurement standards while executing strategic sourcing initiatives for facility services. This role encompasses comprehensive supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement optimization to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency for JLL's IFM operations in the West India region.



Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Procurement Leadership:



Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with IFM objectives and client requirements in the West India region



Support regional and national sourcing initiatives as directed



Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement processes across the procurement function



Vendor and Supplier Management:



Manage vendor selection, development, and comprehensive supplier relationship management



Establish and maintain AMC/maintenance contracts with service providers to meet client requirements



Review service practices of all contractors to ensure quality delivery aligned with client expectations and manufacturer recommendations



Execute statutory compliance programs for sub-vendors in Maharashtra region



Contract and Financial Management:



Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal terms, pricing, and quality standards



Oversee procurement budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs)



Manage Purchase Orders issued by clients/JLL to vendors and ensure timely processing



Provide detailed cost savings analysis and reports as required by management



Operations and Process Excellence:



Provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services



Execute RFPs/RFQs, analyze vendors, and recommend optimal solutions to clients



Supervise teams in standardized RFQ/bid processes and contract negotiations



Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations and streamline work processes



Stakeholder Management:



Collaborate with site teams, finance teams, and management to ensure seamless operations



Provide liaison between vendors and internal teams to facilitate timely vendor payments



Manage internal and external customer expectations proactively



Ensure proper communication channels with site teams and operations managers



Risk Management and Compliance:



Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through strategic sourcing and supplier diversification



Ensure compliance with JLL standard processes, procedures, and industry regulations



Maintain data integrity and provide ad-hoc reports as required by management



Qualifications and ExperienceEducation:



Graduate/Post Graduate degree



Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Post Graduate in Management preferred



Experience:



8-10 years of experience in purchasing, commercials, or facilities management



Proven track record in procurement strategy implementation and cost savings achievement



Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and supplier relationships



Technical Skills:



Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)



Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities



Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities



Proficiency in procurement software and financial management systems



Professional Skills:



Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills



Strong financial and business acumen



Professional certification (CPSM, CPM) is advantageous



Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
