Purpose of the Role
To provides PV warranty system support and daily warranty claim management. Responsible for regular warranty claims settlement in system, Warranty system master data management related to claims. Resolution of field warranty claim related issues. Acceptance of correct claims as per the warranty criteria. Responsible for overall PV warranty claim acceptance in system.
Job Responsibility

• PV vehicle Warranty claim acceptance in system timely without pendency
• Master Data Management (Fail/Job Code/Model/FSB Rate/etc. masters updation)
• Monthly MIS, Tracking of specific claims till closure
• Resolution of field warranty claim related issues.
• Acceptance of correct claims as per the warranty criteria.
• Support Management (Support CPs / Field Service by query resolution)
• Warranty Reports preparation
• Failed part management, part receipt tracking coordination
• Discussion with Manger for high value claim acceptance & appropriate action.
• Highlight the system level issues to manager & get it resolved

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification Diploma
• Experience 5+years

Skills & Competencies

• Desirable SAP and CRMDMS knowledge for claims processing
• Automobile / Electrical and Electronics knowledge
• Analytical skills, Fluency in English, Hands on in Excel and PPT
