Tong-Len Charitable Trust is inviting applications for the position of

Professional English Communication Trainer

for our Vocational Training Program. We are looking for a committed trainer who can support vocational trainees--such as Electrician, Cookery, and other trade students--in building strong, workplace-ready communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Professional English Communication classes for vocational trainees (Electrician, Cookery, and other trades). Teach functional English for workplace interactions, customer communication, interviews, and daily job tasks. Develop engaging, activity-based lessons suitable for skill-based learners. Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain attendance, assessments, and training-related documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Strong command of English communication (verbal and written). Prior experience in teaching Spoken/Professional English preferred. Ability to tailor lessons to industry-specific needs of vocational students. Good classroom management and learner engagement skills.
