Responsibilities:
Management and further development of the Customs & Trade Compliance program for VC India / Noida for the purpose of mitigating risk to the company. (Including classifications, valuations, training program, manuals, export controls, broker strategy, other customs and foreign trade topics) Support in roll out of global projects (Export Controls, Free Trade Agreements, etc.) Review of legal changes and implementation Advise on complex supply chains / strategic supply chain decisions Support of external and internal customs audits and self-assessments Communication with customs authorities and external service providers Develop, monitor and report monthly on established KPIs Operational export and import handling Optimization of customs duty debts / payments

• Ocean and Air freight contracts filing.
• MIS for export and import consignments for better controls to deliver material timely to customers and further banking process and complete legal compliances related to other government agencies i.e. customs, dgft etc.
• E-seals arrangements from customs approved vendors and sealing of export containers to meet latest compliance requirements from Indian customs.
• Customs declarations, bill of lading, commercial invoices record keeping for audit purposes.
• Ensure all legal and staturoty requirements from various government agencies like customs, dgft, banks, Rubber Board, FIEO etc.

Qualifications:
Graduation
2-4 Years
