Job Description

We are seeking a professional Construction Proposal Writer with experience in civil and infrastructure projects to craft high-quality, customized proposals and tender submissions for clients in India and the USA. The ideal candidate will understand government/private bidding processes, technical project scopes, cost breakdowns, timelines, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare compelling technical and financial proposals for civil engineering and construction projects. Understand RFPs/RFQs/tenders, scope documents, and client requirements. Collaborate with project engineers, estimators, and business development teams. Write clear, persuasive, and structured proposals that meet client expectations and deadlines. Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, legal standards, and industry regulations. Edit, proofread, and format documents to a professional standard. Maintain a database of templates, reference proposals, and case studies for reuse.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
