In this role, you\'ll help build the technology responsible for our integration services. Your work will influence the success of companies across the world. Members of our Technology team are experts in the field, working to evaluate and improve today\'s systems while building tomorrow\'s.

As Business Analysis, you will be responsible for onboarding and rolling out of new clients on our standard integration platform. You will be required to work directly with the client to perform these implementations, consult on the product suite and / or discuss application design. You will also be responsible for early engagement with Project/Implementation managers from other Fiserv teams and/or clients, identify/help clear roadblocks, negotiate deadlines, define priorities with implementation engineers, and manage risks.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• 5 - 8 of years\xe2\x80\x99 experience specifically related to General Accounting in the U.S. banking environment.

1. Responsible for the gathering of requirements from the external clients, and BU to ensure the adequate maintenance of our software products to continue to meet our clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs.

2. Liaison directly with BU product management and be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the product.

3. Lead the development team in client request/issue resolution, which includes recommending solutions, collaborating with programmers, testing software, creating reports and assisting in the creation of user documentation.

4. Develop acceptance criteria for systems enhancements and application defects.

5. Assist Product Management with grooming the product backlog and setting priorities.

Good to Have :

Direct experience US lending and overdraft system software is preferred.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology/Business Administration or related fields

• 5+ years proven experience with client implementations / services, dealing with internal and external clients

• Good troubleshooting skills & communication skills

• Demonstrated planning skills.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Financial industry experience

• Strong self-motivation with excellent time management skills, including ability to work on time sensitive projects to meet deliverables by expected due date

• Analytical skills to assess client business need, identify solutions, and manage requirements

• Work on multiple projects in parallel

• Excellent communication skills including written and verbal

• Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with good follow-up skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in computer systems and personal computer use

• Knowledge of business methods and practices in the financial services industry is highly desirable

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Creative problem solving skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to exercise appropriate judgment/decision making skills to ensure client success.

• Initiate and or attend troubleshooting sessions during regular and after hours when needed on priority

• Work with internal teams on process improvements

• Manage priorities within and across projects based on a faced paced culture while continuing to focus on quality of deliverables

• Incumbent may coach, cross-train, strain, assist, and in general help others as assigned
