About the department

Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management Business plan towards 2020. The Business plan has three parts: Robust, Ready, Effective and Supply Chain Global Service Centre (GSC) is the part of last one focusing business through offshoring.

The Position

As GBS Supply Chain Professional,

  • You will be in direct contact with affiliates to handle the supply chain tasks such has order placements, Stock/Batch Management, Delivery, Billing/Clearing, Dunning/ Reports invoicing,. Furthermore, follow up on order status and related changes in the system which require frequent contact with global affiliates and general understanding of their markets' characteristics
  • You will be supporting end to end order process by performing credit/debit note posting and payment reconciliation in the system
  • Sales affiliates require support with different kinds of supply chain reporting related to order and inventory planning. Reports and update frequency might vary depending on the sales affiliates needs.
  • You will support sales affiliates with inventory levels from different supply chain tiers (e.g.: wholesales, distributors, etc.). Detect inventory anomalies and coordinate data with different supply chain stakeholders.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting support to enable key decisions within supply chain and participating in periodic meeting with Global sales affiliates
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent with 2+ years of experience SAP SD (Sales and Deliverable), MM & FI function from a larger organisation. Experience in Order to cash is must.

Knowledge of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) along with order execution & coordination with all relevant stakeholders

Shift timing: 12:30 PM till 8:30 PM

Having good understanding of supply chain concepts (stock-outs, inventory planning, transportation) is preferred

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) will be an added advantage
