Your ability to successfullyu00A0troubleshoot complex networking issuesu00A0is the key skill necessary for this position What you will do Individual responsible for day-to-day delivery and management including customer relationship and overall, one shared delivery team Utilizes good troubleshooting skills to quickly provide quality solutions for customer issues Provides timely updates to customers/team membersu00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Analyze the SD-WAN or WAN implementation Collate and document customer requirements for SASE solution. Work on High Level Design for SASE solution including Bill Of Materials, High Availability, features, cloud solutions, etc Work on Low Level Design for DDI solution including integrations Execute solution deployment, fault troubleshooting, etc Support operations team for Root Cause Analysis, P1 troubleshooting, etc Achieve technical competency through continues improvement and automation for reduction in man efforts Co-operates and works well with others in the pursuit of team/project goals and effective inter-personal behavior Responsible for maintaining high employee satisfaction and employee morale Education and experience required Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Minimum of 6 u2013 13 yearsu2019 experience in L3 network Support. Certification - AIS/ASE/MASE/CCIE /PCNSE/CCSA Knowledge and skills Good knowledge and experience on Zscalar SASE solution Good knowledge and experience in Velocloud SD-WAN, Fortinet SD-WAN, Cisco SD-WAN, etc Good knowledge and concepts in security, remote access solutions, IPSec Exposure to automation, analytics, network management tools & platforms Join our growing global team and accelerate your career with us
