: u2022 Minimum 7+ years of Vantage/WMA Development experience u2022 Ability to design, code, test, and debug mainframe application systems. u2022 Should have very good technical knowledge and hands-on experience with application development using mainframe technologies like COBOL, JCL, DB2. u2022 Good experience in individual insurance, individual life or annuities product knowledge. u2022 Should have experience on mainframe batch cycles. u2022 Should be able to work independently and own the tasks and communicate effectively within team. u2022 Should have experience in tools like ISPW, Xpeditor, CA7, File Aid, REXX etc. u2022 Very good analytical, written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Critical thinking ability.
