Job Description

: Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, conducting interviews and assisting with remediation efforts as needed. Coordinate with other departments, such as ethics and compliance, cybersecurity, and legal, to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Participate in meetings with auditors to provide additional context and information related to the supply chain organization\'s policies, procedures, and practices. Assist in the development and implementation of remediation plans as needed based on audit findings. Train supply chain subject matter experts in how to interact with auditors and facilitate these engagements Support the global quality teams in developing their compliance plans as well as supporting global quality audits. Manage the global supplier diversity program to promote diversity and inclusion within our supply chain. Provide support for RFP responses related to third-party risk, modern slavery, and other relevant areas. Provide support during customers audits to ensure timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices, including carbon emissions reduction and modern slavery prevention. Stay up-to-date with relevant industry trends, government regulations, and best practices related to third-party risk, ESG, and supplier diversity. Stay up to date on Supply Chain policies as well as DXC policies/procedures related to third party risk, ESG, carbon emissions, etc Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, audit and compliance and third-party risk management. Experience with ESG, carbon emissions, modern slavery, and other relevant areas. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
