Job Description

A reputed recycling company specializing in reprocessed polymer manufacturing and pyro oil production from plastics is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to spearhead new project initiatives, product identification, and Research & Development activities.

The role involves leading the development of innovative recycling technologies and sustainable product lines, identifying new business opportunities, and executing greenfield projects from concept to commissioning.

The ideal candidate will be required to work from

Coimbatore

and should have:

Proven experience in interacting and liaising with various government departments, research institutions, and industry bodies.

In-depth knowledge of MSME R&D grants, government funding schemes, and project proposal preparation.

A strong background in managing end-to-end project execution -- from feasibility study and design to implementation and scale-up.

The ability to conduct extensive market research, travel across India to identify new opportunities, and establish viable business projects.

A passion for sustainability, innovation, and advancing the circular economy.
