Job Description

We are looking for suitable candidates with a B.E in Mechanical engineering or Naval Architecture with knowledge in Autocad with minimum Two years (2) of experience

1. Candidates need to Supervise the Production and maintain documents for Quality Control.

2. To work in the sphere of manufacturing, overseeing the production of goods.

3. To ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality, according to planned protocols using the appropriate technology.

4. Labour Handling.

5. Evaluates the condition of production equipment Compiles and analyses production records

6. Determine the quality of goods before shipping.

7. Ensure that health and safety laws are followed

Use statistical methods, standardized work instructions, error-proofing, FMEA's, control plans and traceability systems to improve the products manufacturing operation. Monitor the process capabilities of the company processes and those of our suppliers. Work with production personnel to improve the quality of their operations to ensure the company products conform to specifications of the clients as per Classification Societies such as IRS/RINA/ABS. Developing and implementing quality standards. Developing and implementing quality control systems. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance. Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Collaborating with directors to develop and implement controls and improvements. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
