Position description:

We are looking for Production-CNC Operators to support manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production processes. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting in daily production activities, maintaining quality standards, achieving production targets, and ensuring safety compliance on the shop floor.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Operate and supervise machines/equipment as per SOPs & work instructions. Set up machine parameters / controllers for desired productions. Operate CNC machines, other manufacturing machines as applicable. Load and unload components and fixtures correctly Ensure production targets are met with minimal downtime. Identify and report process deviations or machine issues Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments Maintain production records, logs, and reports Carry out basic machine cleaning and routine checks (CLIT). Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
