Job Description

Operating Machinery:

Factory workers operate machines used in the production process, following established procedures and protocols.

Product Assembly:

They assemble parts and components, ensuring accuracy and meeting quality standards.

Quality Control:

Factory workers perform inspections and tests on finished products to identify defects and ensure they meet specifications.

Maintenance:

They may assist with maintaining machinery and equipment, reporting any issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.

Safety and Cleanliness:

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is crucial, including following safety protocols and reporting hazards.

Production Support:

They may help with loading raw materials, moving equipment, and preparing finished products for shipping.

Training:

Senior or lead workers may be responsible for training new employees and providing guidance on production processes.
