Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated

Production Worker Trainee

to support sterile formulation manufacturing activities. The trainee will work under supervision to carry out production tasks while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sterile formulation production operations Operate, clean, and maintain equipment according to SOPs Follow GMP, safety, and aseptic practices strictly Assist in batch preparation, material handling, and in-process checks Maintain proper housekeeping in the production area Support the team in meeting daily production goals Complete basic production documentation as required

Required Qualifications:

B.Pharm

or

B.Sc Biotechnology

Ability to work in a sterile and controlled environment Strong interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing Willingness to learn and follow standard procedures

Skills & Attributes:

Good communication and teamwork Attention to detail and discipline Ability to work in shifts Physically fit to support production tasks
