Job Description

We are seeking a

Production Welder

to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding metal components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards, safety compliance, and production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Experience : 2 - 3 years

Key Responsibilities

Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and/or Arc welding techniques as required Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Set up welding equipment and adjust settings for optimal performance Inspect welded joints to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy Repair and rework welds as needed to meet specifications Maintain a clean and safe work area following safety guidelines Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards Work collaboratively with production and quality teams
Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Production Welder or similar role Proficiency in MIG/TIG/Arc welding (as applicable) Ability to read technical drawings and measurements Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
Preferred Skills

Welding certification (AWS or equivalent) Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques Ability to work shifts and overtime if required
Work Environment

Manufacturing/production facility Exposure to heat, sparks, and welding fumes Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
