We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our manufacturing unit as Production Trainees. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in pharmaceutical / feed supplement production processes while working under the guidance of experienced production professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day production activities as per SOPs

Support batch manufacturing, packing, and labeling operations

Maintain production records and batch documentation

Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene guidelines

Assist in raw material handling and machine operations

Coordinate with seniors, QA/QC, and maintenance teams

Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the production area

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

B.Sc / M.Sc

B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience

:

Freshers can apply

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP preferred

Skills Required:

Willingness to learn and grow in production operations

Good discipline and teamwork skills

Basic understanding of SOPs and safety practices

Ability to work in shifts (if required)

Training & Growth:

Structured on-the-job training

Exposure to GMP, production processes, and documentation
