Assist in day-to-day production activities
Operate machinery and equipment under supervision
Follow production schedules and work instructions
Maintain quality standards during the production process
Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness
Support senior operators and supervisors
Report production issues or defects to the supervisor
Skills Required:
Basic technical knowledge
Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
Ability to work in shifts (if required)
Teamwork and discipline
