Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve daily production and packing targets as per the production plan. Assist the Quality Control (QC) team during internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain accurate records of all production and packing activities. Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized prior to use. Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in the production and packing areas. Identify, document, and report any deviations or malfunctions in the production process to the Operations Manager. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production line and working area. Ensure all workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP). Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow. Preferred male candidates with Food Technology background.
