Job Purpose

To learn and assist in various stages of jewelry manufacturing while gaining hands-on experience in production processes, quality standards, safety practices, and operational efficiency at Emerald Jewel Industry India Limited.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in different stages of jewelry production such as casting, filing, polishing, setting, and finishing under supervision Learn to operate basic jewelry manufacturing tools and machinery Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and production guidelines Support senior craftsmen and supervisors in daily production activities Inspect jewelry pieces for defects and report quality issues Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Adhere strictly to workplace safety, security, and compliance requirements Assist in meeting daily production targets and timelines Record production data and update job cards as required

Training & Development

Undergo structured on-the-job training across multiple production units Learn company quality standards, export compliance, and best manufacturing practices Develop basic technical skills in jewelry craftsmanship and production flow

Skills & Competencies

Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment Basic understanding of jewelry or interest in jewelry production Attention to detail and quality consciousness Good hand-eye coordination Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic communication skills

Educational Qualification

09th /10th / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate (preferred but not mandatory) Freshers are encouraged to apply

No prior experience required (training will be provided)

Factory / Production floor environment Standing for long hours and working with precision tools Shift-based work as per production requirements
