Job Summary:

The Production Trainee will support manufacturing activities related to lithium-ion battery production. The role involves assisting in cell/module assembly, testing, packing, and following quality and safety standards. This position is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn shop-floor operations and grow in the manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in lithium-ion battery

assembly, module packing, and testing activities

Operate basic production equipment and tools under supervision Follow

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

strictly Perform visual and basic quality checks during production stages Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or contamination Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor (5S practices) Follow all

, especially while handling batteries and tools Report defects, abnormalities, or machine issues to the supervisor immediately Support labeling, packing, and dispatch-related activities Meet daily production targets assigned by the supervisor

Required Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th / Any basic technical qualification Freshers are encouraged to apply Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is an added advantage
