Job Description

We are looking for a Production Trainee to assist the production team in day-to-day manufacturing activities. The trainee will support the Production Supervisor in executing production tasks, handling materials, following quality standards, and maintaining production documentation. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates from an electrical background (ITI, Wireman, or 12th pass with relevant experience) who are eager to build a career in production and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the production team in assembling, wiring, or manufacturing activities as per technical specifications. Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor and team leads to ensure smooth operations. Assist in receiving, issuing, and managing materials on the shop floor. Help maintain accurate records of material usage and inventory levels. Help in basic quality checks during and after the production process. Report any defects or deviations to the QC or production team. Assist in filling out daily production logs, checklists, and basic documentation tasks. Help maintain records related to production and quality.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

ITI in Electrical / Wireman / 12th Pass with Electrical or Science background

Preferred Background:

Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year experience in electrical assembly or production Basic understanding of electrical components, tools, and safety

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
