We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated

fresher engineers

in

Mechanical

or

Electrical

disciplines to join our CRGO steel manufacturing operations. The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training and will be involved in various stages of production, quality control, and process optimization of grain-oriented electrical steel used in transformers and electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the operation and monitoring of CRGO manufacturing processes (e.g., cold rolling, annealing, slitting). Support preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure material standards (core loss, permeability, etc.) are met. Work with senior engineers in implementing lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. Document production parameters and prepare technical reports. Follow all safety and environmental guidelines in plant operations.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of material properties, especially magnetic materials (for electrical engineers). Mechanical knowledge of rolling, annealing furnaces, or related manufacturing processes (for mechanical engineers). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process flow diagrams.
