Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, grinding). Load raw materials and monitor machine operations.

Quality Control:

Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Ensure components meet technical specifications and tolerances.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines. Identify and troubleshoot minor issues in machine operations.

Documentation:

Maintain production logs and quality records. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with supervisors, setters, and quality teams to meet production targets. Suggest improvements in process and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

HSC & SSLC ,ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
