To work in diabetic & orthopedic footwear manufacturing unit (tech based 3d scanner,cad-cam milling insoles,3d printing insoles and product developments)
To gain hands-on experience and developing technical skills essential for optimizing production workflows.
Assist senior engineers with process development, monitor production schedules, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support quality control initiatives.
Overcome a steep learning curve by quickly mastering new tools and technologies while developing communication skills within diverse production teams.
Willing to do team work along with production,R&D and Equipments sales and prchase departments
Expedite the resolutions of customer problems and complains to maximize satisfaction
Estabish,Develop and Maintain Positive Business and Customer Relationships
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future Sales
Expands professional networks, and opens pathways to advanced engineering roles within innovative product design and manufacturing environments.
