Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Tester to conduct functional and quality tests on our EV chargers before dispatch. The ideal candidate should have experience about basic electronics , hardware testing, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

? Perform module and functional tests of EV chargers in production.

? Provide testing training to our third party manufacturers.

? Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects in the production devices.

? Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure products meet internal and customer specifications.

? Use testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers to validate product performance.

? Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for testing and quality checks.

? Maintain detailed test records and report issues to the engineering and production teams.

? Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

? 1-3 years of experience in hardware testing, preferably in power electronics or EV chargers.

? Hands-on experience with testing tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and LCR meters.

? Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, PCB debugging, and firmware flashing.

? Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively.

? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience in EV charger testing or power electronics.

? Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements in electronics manufacturing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
