Senior Production Technician

Location: Nangloi, New Delhi,

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in electronics assembly/technician role

Department: Production

Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Role Overview:

The Senior Production Technician will lead and support critical production operations, including soldering, PCB assembly, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and quality control. The role requires strong hands-on technical ability, leadership skills, and adherence to company SOPs, safety, and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality soldering of electronic components (through-hole and SMD). Guide and support technicians in PCB assembly, wiring, and repair tasks. Conduct advanced troubleshooting of PCB faults, wiring issues, and assembly defects. Carry out detailed quality inspections to ensure reliable soldering, assembly, and product functionality. Train junior technicians on soldering techniques, safety, and production processes. Maintain and update daily production reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety measures, and quality standards across the production line. Coordinate with the production supervisor/manager for workflow planning and task allocation. Assist in process improvements, productivity enhancement, and reduction of production errors.
Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or production technician roles. Educational background in Electronics/Electrical (preferred). Excellent soldering skills (both SMD & through-hole) and strong understanding of electronic components. Hands-on experience in PCB assembly, wiring, testing, and repair. Ability to guide, support, and train junior technicians. Strong troubleshooting ability and problem-solving mindset. Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team. High attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to take ownership of tasks. Familiarity with production tools, test equipment, and safety guidelines.
