Reporting Relationship: He will be reporting to Senior Project Manager
Role Summary: We are looking for a responsible lead who drives and helps customer to resolve issue and willing extend hours when needed
Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of production support engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring efficient resolution of incidents.Develop and implement effective incident management processes, utilizing tools and frameworks to track and prioritize issues.Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of production problems.Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions to production issues.Proactively monitor system performance and implement preventative measures to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for production systems and procedures.Manage escalation processes, communicating effectively with stakeholders during critical events.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.Analyze production data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization.Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends in production support.Prerequisites:Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in production support, preferably in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Proven track record of successfully resolving complex production issues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience leading and motivating a team.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient Node, React, AWS and NoSQLProficiency in incident management methodologies and tools.Understanding of DevOps principles and practices is a plus.Experience working with cloud-based platforms is a plus.Base Location: Bangalore , but flexible to travelSpecialization DescriptionResponsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems. Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users, which includes trouble shooting, fault rectification and problem escalation. Provides effective and timely resolution of users\xc3\xaf\xc2\xbf\xc2\xbd problems, queries or complaints. Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.Level DescriptionExperienced level professional that applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
