Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets. Ensure optimal utilization of

manpower, machines, and materials

. Monitor and control

production processes, cycle times, and rejections

. Coordinate with

Quality, Maintenance, and Stores

departments for smooth workflow. Implement and maintain

5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives

on the shop floor. Maintain accurate records of

production reports, downtime, and daily performance metrics

. Ensure that safety and housekeeping standards are strictly followed. Identify process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity. Train and guide operators and team members to achieve performance and quality goals. Support new product development and process trials when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

.

3-7 years

of experience in a manufacturing or machining industry (CNC/VMC/Assembly/Sheet Metal preferred). Strong knowledge of

production planning, process control, and quality systems

. Ability to read and understand

engineering drawings and process sheets

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
