Immediate joiner or less then 20 days Location--BangaloreBudget---6 LPA Max.Required skills:a~ Ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to read and interpret drawings and bills of material.a~ Min 4 years of Experience in the relevant field exp. with MS office.a~ Domain - E&E with testing knowledge parameters & drawings.a~ Excellent computer skills, strong communication skills, to include spoken, written, and presentation skillsa~ Strong structured problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilitya~ Drives and creates continuous improvement activitiesa~ Develops, prepares, and/or maintains documentation pertaining to manufacturing processes, systems operation, product development, and other technical processesa~ Develops and drives implementation of best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Scope includes but is not limited to scrap reduction, cycle time reduction, downtime reduction, FPY increase, OEE increase, 0km and warranty ppm reduction, etc.a~ Gathers and collects data from production lines to aid in decision making and process improvement effort prioritizationa~ Researches, reviews, and collects available technical information as a basis for documentationa~ Supports quality initiatives and work with team to develop the necessary poke yokes to improve qualitya~ Creates new documentation or updates existing documentation to accurately reflect changes in a product or processa~ Assists in the development of manufacturing work flow, line layouts, or floor plansa~ Documents procedures and ensures standard work is being followeda~ Tracks process parameters and ensures standard work is up to date and being followeda~ Responsible for supporting shift operations.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From a,500,000.00 per yearSchedule:
