We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Production Support Executive / Production Support Trainee

to support Data I/O, Production Operations, File Management, and Workflow Coordination. Ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn VFX production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with incoming and outgoing data transfers using FTP, SFTP, Aspera, Media Shuttle, and similar platforms Support file organization, folder structuring, backups, and workflow documentation Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of files, plates, references, and renders Update and maintain ShotGrid entries, notes, playlists, and client feedback Support editorial tasks including handling QuickTime files, DaVinci cuts, and shot extractions Assist with troubleshooting data transfer issues and escalating technical concerns Maintain data logs, delivery trackers, and ensure accurate version management

Requirements

0-3 years of experience in Production Support / Data I/O (freshers welcome) Strong computer knowledge and technical aptitude (Linux/Windows) Familiarity with ShotGrid, DaVinci, FTP/SFTP/Aspera is an added advantage Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn Ability to work in shifts based on production needs
