Production Supervisor - Panel Board Manufacturing

Job

Summary:

The Production Supervisor oversees the entire manufacturing process of electrical panel boards -- ensuring timely production, quality assurance, and efficient use of manpower and materials. The role involves coordinating with design, quality, and assembly teams to deliver finished panels as per specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the fabrication, wiring, assembly, and testing of LT/HT panels, control panels, and distribution boards. Allocate work to technicians, electricians, and fabricators as per daily production plans. Ensure adherence to drawings, wiring diagrams, and client specifications. Maintain production schedules and monitor progress. Inspect and verify panel quality before dispatch. Coordinate with the design and QA teams for issue resolution. Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and safety equipment. Maintain production records, material usage reports, and daily work logs. Train and guide workers to improve efficiency and reduce rework. Enforce safety, housekeeping, and company policies on the shop floor.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

panel wiring, assembly, and testing procedures

. Ability to read and interpret

electrical schematics and GA drawings

. Hands-on experience with

bus bar layout, control wiring, MCC/PCC/PLC panels

. Good leadership and communication skills. Time management and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with

ISO/QC procedures

and

electrical safety standards

.

Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

(preferred).

3-7 years

of experience in panel board manufacturing or electrical assembly line supervision.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
