Coordination with all departments for the smooth execution on production lines.

Looks for the production with high quality and achieved within a given period of time.

Works in Bias cutter and 4-roll calendaring, Bead winding and Extruder area.

Handled 80 Manpower during shifts to achieve the goal.

Responsible to plane of Daily routine activities of the team members. o Handling the team of 110 peoples. o Coordination with all sites-Mumbai, Chandigarh, Indore and Dehradun for daily operations. o Ensure to collect reports from all sites and to maintain the document on daily basses. o Interaction and coordination with Vendors for Company o Ensure to maintain the SOP's of the company. o People management and responsible for their daily routine task & work related issues. o Responsible for Leave record, Billing part and HR issues if any. o Daily reporting to the management team

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
