Production supervisor should follow the instructions directed by management and co-ordinate the manpower to complete the designated job. He/she should have minimum knowledge on castings and fabrication. He/she should maintain production records and other documents and report them to management daily.
He/she is responsible to raise the indent of required materials and make sure that material is ready at the time of production.
He/she is responsible to run the plant on his/her own in absence of management and report the work regularly.
