We are looking for a

young and energetic fresher

to join our leather production unit as a

Production Supervisor

. The candidate will be trained to manage floor activities, stitching lines, quality, and daily production flow.

Responsibilities:

Monitor stitching and finishing work on the production floor Coordinate with tailors/machine operators to meet targets Assist in maintaining quality standards Maintain daily production records and reports Learn and implement basic planning and process control Ensure cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor

Requirements:

Any degree or diploma (preferred: Leather, Textile, Production-related) Fresher - 0 to 1 year of experience Good communication and observation skills Willingness to learn and grow in the leather manufacturing industry
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
