Key Responsibilities

? Responsible to Panning for the monthly/Daily with Production Manager.

? Responsible to Arrange the space to unload the RM & PM in plant.

? Responsible to identify the batch wise Raw material and collect the sample & send to QA QC.

? Responsible to collect the batch wise formulation planning & batch wise packaging plan from Sr. production manager.

? Responsible to collect the sample result from QA QC and submit to sr. production manager.

? Responsible to collect the formulation charge (Recipe) for batch wise production.

? Responsible to take Approval from QA QC & collect the approved signed recipe from QA QC.

? Responsible to issue the RM and PM after approval of recipe from QA QC.

? Responsible to calibration of all weighing scale on daily basis. (Communicate for fix the issue if any deviation found).

? Responsible to prepared maintain Product Weight log book, Temperature Log book, Volume report check.

? Responsible to collect the D. M. water sample and send to QA QC.

? Responsible to explain the operator for various RM to be load in batch as per recipe approve by QA QC.

? Responsible to monitoring the plant operator during the formulation as per recipe.

? Responsible to communicate the QA / QC to take the sample of formulated batch.

? Responsible to explain the operator for PM to be use in batch packaging.

? Responsible to monitoring the operator FG weighing as per packaging plan.
