Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Manage a team of workers and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Inventory departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain daily production and attendance reports in
MS Excel
or ERP.
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI and food safety regulations
.
Support continuous improvement and process optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in
bakery / food production supervision
.
Strong knowledge of bakery production processes (mixing, baking, packaging, etc.).
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and production reporting.
Diploma or Graduate in
Food Technology / Production / Mechanical / relevant field
.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
