Role - Production Supervisor

Qualification - Diploma in Mechanical

Experience- 4 to 6 Years

Package - 3 to 6.5 LPA

Location - Pithampur Sector-3 Indore MP

Industry - Manufacturing MNC

Working Day - 5 Days , food , Bus facility , Health Insurance.

Functional / Technical Competencies

Basic understanding of sealing line production and process flow.

Knowledge of 5S methodology and Kaizen principles.

Ability to assist in process optimization and efficiency improvement.

Familiarity with safety and quality standards.

Ablity to take the inventory daily and monthly and submitt the report

Key Responsibilities -

1 Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives

2 Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement

3 Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff, and ensuring that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively

4 Conducting regular equipment and machinery inspections to identify potential issues and coordinating with maintenance staff to make sure repairs and servicing happen as necessary

5 Ensuring that quality control standards and protocols apply to a production process and addressing quality-related issues that may arise

6 Managing inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain staff to ensure that raw materials, and other supplies are available according to the schedule
