Achieve daily production targets and ensure shift efficiency.
Maintain fabric quality with minimum weaving defects.
Ensure optimum loom utilization and reduce machine downtime.
Supervise weavers, operators, and helpers during the shift.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth running.
Monitor loom performance, settings, and production processes.
Prepare and maintain production and stoppage reports.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of weaving machines (Airjet/Rapier/Shuttle)
Good understanding of fabric construction and loom settings
Ability to manage shift workforce effectively
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic computer skills (production entry/reporting)
Good communication and leadership qualities
