Supervise daily shop-floor operations to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure work is carried out as per
technical drawings, specifications, and job requirements
.
Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, or deviations from SOPs.
Coordinate with the Factory Manager / Production Head for daily production planning and updates.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and machines to minimize wastage.
Maintain basic production records and report daily progress.

Ability to
read, understand, and execute work based on technical drawings

Prior experience in a
wood-based manufacturing environment
(doors, furniture, panels, or similar) will be
strongly preferred
.
Diploma / ITI / equivalent practical experience
in production or manufacturing is desirable.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
