Core responsibilities

Staff management

: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production workers to meet performance goals. This includes assigning tasks, enforcing discipline, and building good employee relations.

Production monitoring

: Oversee production processes to ensure they run efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards.

Quality control

: Ensure that quality control standards are met and address any quality-related issues that arise.

Safety and compliance

: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and ensure the team follows proper protocols.

Operational support

: Coordinate with maintenance staff, monitor equipment performance, and manage the repair and replacement of faulty machinery.

Inventory and supply chain

: Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain staff to ensure raw materials and supplies are available on schedule.

Reporting and improvement

: Compile production reports, monitor key metrics, and identify areas for process improvement to boost productivity.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
