We are Hiring for our client in Saudi

# Bachelor of Engineering (Production - Industry)

#Good experience in using different types of manufacturing machines

and tools.

# Previous work experience in a production supervisor position for at

least 3 years.

# Follow up and supervise staff training procedures.

# Ensuring that the conditions and specifications of the production

process are met.

# Organizing workflow by defining responsibilities and preparing

shift schedules.

# Ensure the safe use of equipment and coordinate with maintenance

to schedule periodic maintenance.

# Basic level of proficiency in the English language

# The ability to arrange, distribute tasks and organize time.

# Proficiency in motivation skills and creating a suitable work

environment for employees.

# Directing and advising workers and developing their skills during

the manufacturing process and identifying their training needs in

coordination with the department head

# Submit the production report

# Monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets for production and

communicate them to employees.

# Provide reports on performance periodically to determine the extent

to which goals are achieved.

# Proficiency in leadership skills and the ability to provide appropriate

solutions to problems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Chennai G.P.O, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
