Job Title: Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing Apply at: Location: Vadodara Gujarat

Salary: ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the entire production process in our oats manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing raw materials, shop floor operations, manpower, and ensuring smooth conversion of raw materials into finished goods with quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

Monitor and control raw material usage, wastage, and stock levels.

Ensure timely availability of raw materials for continuous production.

Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and performance monitoring.

Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

Coordinate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Dispatch) for smooth operations.

Identify process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.

Key Requirements

Any Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology/Production/Mechanical or related field.

2-4 years of experience in food manufacturing/processing industry.

Strong knowledge of production processes, manpower handling, and shop floor management.

Ability to work in shifts and manage a team effectively.
