Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Supervise the production floor, monitor processes, and ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Scheduling & Planning:

Create and manage daily/weekly schedules, assign tasks, set targets, and allocate resources.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate production staff; delegate responsibilities and foster a positive work culture.

Quality & Safety:

Enforce safety guidelines and company standards, ensure equipment maintenance, and monitor output quality.

Problem Solving:

Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Reporting:

Submit production reports, analyze data, and communicate progress to higher management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
