Supervise and manage daily production activities in the lighting manufacturing unit.
Handle and allocate manpower to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
Oversee SMT and assembly line operations to meet quality and output targets.
Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion as per requirements.
Maintain all production-related documentation and records.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company policies.
Coordinate with quality, store, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the lighting industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
